Terms of Service
1. Service
2log lets you keep records and write or share with people you choose. Sign in with your Apple account to use the service.
2. Your content
You retain the rights to your text, photos and videos. We store and display them to the people you choose only as needed to provide the service.
Upload photos of other people or work belonging to others only when you have the necessary rights or consent.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
Do not upload or share illegal recordings, sexual content involving minors, pornography, content encouraging violence or self-harm, hate, discrimination, harassment, private information about others, copyright infringements, spam, fraud or other unlawful content.
Using another person's account or disrupting the service is prohibited.
4. Reporting and blocking
You can report problematic records in the app. We review reports and may remove prohibited content, end sharing or restrict accounts.
You can block people you do not want to interact with. Blocked users cannot send you records or invitations, and pending shares from them are closed.
5. Account deletion
You can delete your account in the app's settings. The Privacy Policy explains what is deleted.
6. 2log Plus subscriptions
With local storage, the free plan lets you keep up to five posts you create and organize them into personal magazines. Ads may appear in the Stories tab and at the end of posts. People you invite can read and contribute without a Plus subscription.
2log Plus removes the post-count limit and ads, and includes themes, co-writing invitations, post sharing and magazine sharing. Monthly and annual plans are available. Prices vary by App Store region; the price and currency shown in the app before purchase apply. In Korea, the reference prices are KRW 3,900 per month or KRW 33,000 per year, including tax.
Personal photos and videos use available device storage. Plus sharing includes 2 GB of cloud storage, 1 GB of uploads per month and 20 GB of transfers per month. Unlimited posts does not mean unlimited device or cloud storage. Legacy server storage remains subject to its existing limits.
Monthly usage resets on the first day of each month in UTC. Attachments contributed by invitees count toward the original post owner's storage, upload and transfer limits. New uploads or media viewing may be restricted when a limit is reached. See Account > Storage and usage for current usage and limits.
Subscriptions are charged to your Apple account and renew automatically for the same period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage cancellation through Apple account subscription settings. Refunds follow Apple's policies.
If a subscription ends, existing records and shared copies are preserved. You can still view and back up local records. New sharing and edits or attachments to shared posts require the owner's Plus subscription. Existing sharing links remain readable subject to their expiry and consent status. Accounts with shared records retain a monthly transfer limit of 20 GB. Creating new personal posts is restricted when the free post limit is exceeded.
Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
7. Responsibility
Keep backups rather than relying on a single copy of your records. We work to operate the service reliably. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or failures of external services.
